Replacing an entire fan coil unit isn't always necessary when individual components can be maintained, repaired or upgraded.
Ability's spares service helps building owners, contractors and facilities teams identify replacement components for planned maintenance, repairs and refurbishment, helping keep existing fan coil systems in service for longer.
Replacement condensate pumps can support both new installations and existing systems where an individual pump needs to be replaced as part of ongoing FCU maintenance or repair.
Ability offers centrifugal fan and motor options for existing fan coil units, including EC technology and configurations for different fan arrangements.
Replacement filters help prevent dirt and dust building up on FCU coils, protecting components and supporting continued system performance. Different filter options are available depending on requirements.
Replacement control options include programmable controllers, network sensors and room controllers, alongside control packages from manufacturers including Johnson Controls and Siemens.
Ability can provide replacement metalwork and panels for many FCU models, including equipment from other manufacturers and systems that are no longer available. Options include access panels, electrical box lids, condensate pans, spigots and custom parts.
